Highest Standard.

Our assembly line is set up to fulfill highest quality standards for small batches. It consists of a jet printer for stenciless solder paste print, high precision SMD machines from Mycronic and a vapor phase soldering machine from ASSCON.

  • Circuit Boards from 70 x 55 mm up to 310 x 390 mmm
  • SMD standard components down to 0201
  • 01005 and other PCB sizes on request

For quality assurance our jet printer includes automatic 2D-paste-inspection. Furthermore we conduct end of line tests with our automatical optical inspection (AOI). THT components are soldered selectively by machine - in a nitrogen protective atmosphere.

You put a lot of time and effort into layout and design of your hardware. Of course it is of value to you, that it is produced professionally and the prototypes are available quickly. For these cases we offer our express services. With out much effort and really fast from quotation to delivery of your module.

Our express service ensures short production and delivery times. So far no surprises. Additionally you profit from our transparent calculation and the easy enquiry and quotation process. 

What should you expect? To save even more time. Easily calculate the cost yourself, send an E-Mail with the needed information and we will start production while other EMS providers are still negotiating prices. 

Our delivery time starts from when we received the complete production documents, components and pcbs. The standard delivery is 10 working days for small batches. If you're in a hurry we will have your boards delievered within 5 working days.

 

 

Assembly request and prices

We know how precious time can be when you're developing prototypes. Therefore we make sure our process is efficient right from the start. Your advantage is that you don't have to wait for weeks until you get your quotation. Just have a look at our price list. This shows you which costs to expect. All that's needed then is an E-Mail with your production documents and as soon as we have circuit boards and components we will start the production. 

Our prices are based on full provision of material and PCBs and exclude VAT and shipping.

We gladly take care of buying components or circuit boards. You can find the cost for this in our price list as well.

Munich in 2006: The corner of a living room. A computer. Printer. Fax machine. Initial project diagrams, offers. And a big dream envisioned by engineer Carlos Urquizar, now Managing Director of AED Engineering GmbH. He dreamed of a company that demands a lot from passionate engineers, but also fosters them. He dreamed of a company whose financial success is built on the abilities of motivated, content employees. He dreamed of a company whose own creativity gives rise to technological advances.

A growing staff and in-house R&D.

The dream became reality in the same year. The first electrics/electronics project for the automotive industry resulted in a long-term partnership. The living room was abandoned for a proper office, renovated by the director and his first employees. Despite the recession in 2009, the young company finished the year with record profits, more employees, and an in-house research and development department.

Cross-sector engineering.

Our approach continues to pay off. We now employ 50 people, most of them engineers. Our team specializes in embedded system development for the automotive, aviation, medical technology, and telecommunications industries. Our staff’s creative know-how is diverse: from the architecture of on-board electrical systems through driver-assistance systems to wireless sensors. Our flexible organizational structure ensures that every customer’s project benefits fully from this know-how.
